Leave of Absence
To ensure proper attendance records and student safety, parents are requested to follow the leave procedures outlined below. Timely communication helps the school monitor student well-being and maintain accurate records.
Morning Notification
Any absence must be informed to the school office before 9:30 a.m. on the day of absence.
Written Documentation
A written letter from the parent or a note in the School Handbook stating the reason is compulsory.
Medical Certificate
Absence for more than three consecutive days due to illness requires a professional medical certificate.
